IDB-BISEW creates employment opportunities providing IT training

Islamic Development Bank-Bangladesh Islamic Solidarity Education Waqf IDB-BISEW has been providing six-month technical education in various trades under vocational scholarship for the past six years. The aim and objective of this program is to uplift the poor Muslim youth who have stopped studying due to financial reasons to a skilled and professional level. So far 14 thousand 811 people are working in more than 2 thousand 805 institutions in the country and abroad by training under this scholarship. IDB has invited applications for this.

The training will be provided free of charge along with accommodation and food along with getting an opportunity to be educated in skilled technical education through a six-month duration (720 hours) training imparting job relevant syllabus by experienced trainers. Monthly allowance of 500 taka will be given during the training period.

The trades are: Electrical Works; electronics; Refrigeration and Air Conditioning; Training will be given in Welding and Fabrication and Machinist.

Only underprivileged Muslim candidates can apply once and must provide correct date of birth.

JSC, SSC and HSC results, year of publication of results and roll number will be needed to apply; In filling the form, the applicant has to give the mobile phone number and after verifying it, write the second confirmation in the mobile phone number box and upload the passport size photograph. 18 to 26 years old can apply.
